8:00–8:30AM – Registration
Please arrive on time to check in and get ready for the workshop.
8:30–9:00AM – Stretch & Conditioning with Alfie
Warm up your body and work through bespoke exercises designed to improve flexibility, strength and mobility.
9:00–10:00AM – Ballet Barre Technique with Alfie
Return to the fundamentals and focus on developing strong, detailed ballet technique.
10:00–10:30AM – Break
10:30–11:30AM – Turns, Adage & Centre Practice with Benedict
Develop your control, coordination and technique through turns, adage and centre work.
11:30–11:45AM – Break
11:45AM–12:30PM – Allegro Technique with Davi
Work on jumps, footwork and allegro technique, focusing on musicality, coordination and performance quality.
3:15–3:45PM – Q&A with Benedict & Davi
An opportunity to ask questions, gain insight into life as a professional dancer and learn from the experience of two leading Australian ballet professionals.
