• All bookings are non-refundable.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session or workshop, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a one-time credit for the full lesson amount.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not receive a credit or refund.

• The one-time credit may be applied to a future lesson within 30 days from the original session date.
