Workshop Schedule:
12:00–12:30 – Registration
Please arrive on time for stretch & strengthen to warm up your body and learn our bespoke drills to improve flexibility and strength.
12:30–1:15 – Stretch & Strength
1:15–2:00 – Ballet Barre Technique
We will go back to basics and work on your foundations to develop strong technique.
2:00–2:15– Break
2:15–3:00 – Turns & Adage
We will break apart different kinds of turns and work on adage strength and control.
3:00–3:15 – Break
3:15–4:00 – Allegro
We will work on various jumps, breaking down technique and drills to improve your allegro.
4:00–4:30 | Q&A
An opportunity to ask any questions you might have about competitions, auditions, or anything else.
