Workshop Schedule:
8:15–8:45AM – Registration
Please arrive on time to check in and get settled before we begin.
8:45–9:30AM – Stretch & Strengthen with Alfie
Warm up your body and learn bespoke drills designed to improve flexibility and strength.
9:30–10:15AM – Ballet Barre Technique with Alfie
We'll return to the fundamentals, focusing on foundational technique to build strength and precision at the barre.
10:15–10:35AM – Break
10:35–11:15AM – Turns & Adage with Alfie
We'll break down different types of turns and work on developing strength, control, and stability in adage.
11:15–11:45AM – Allegro with Alfie
We'll explore a variety of jumps, breaking down technique and drills to sharpen your allegro work.
11:45AM–12:00PM – Q&A Session with Alfie
An opportunity to ask any questions you might have about competitions, auditions, or anything else. Parents invited.
