Bespoke Classical Coaching

Terms of Purchase & Cancellation Policy

By booking and purchasing a session with Bespoke Classical Coaching, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Payment

All sessions must be booked and paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Sessions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until payment has been received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change. Please read the following carefully:

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests made more than 48 hours before the session may be transferred to another available time (subject to availability) or held as a credit for future use.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in the full session fee being forfeited.

  • No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Touring & Limited Availability Sessions

For sessions held during tours, intensives, or limited-date visits (e.g. interstate or regional travel):

  • All bookings are strictly non-refundable.

  • If cancellation is required due to exceptional circumstances, sessions may be transferred to another dancer or converted to online coaching at the discretion of Bespoke Classical Coaching.

4. Illness or Injury

If a dancer is unable to participate physically due to illness or injury, the session may be converted to:

  • a theory-based coaching session, or

  • a goal-setting, audition preparation, or technique analysis session
    This is subject to notice being given prior to the session.

5. Lateness

Late arrival will result in a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. Full session fees still apply.

6. Coach Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Bespoke Classical Coaching needs to cancel a session, clients will be offered:

  • a full refund, or

  • a rescheduled session at a mutually agreed time.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Purchase and Cancellation Policy.
